Suite Two is one of three floor-through condominiums, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, study and a fully equipped kitchen, totaling 1,000 square feet of furnished living space. With one queen-sized bed and two twin beds, it is ideal for a family or for two couples who want the comforts of home while on vacation.
The building is handicap accessible and has an elevator. For the utmost in comfort, the suite features radiant heat, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, central vacuum, an over-sized attached private garage with remote-controlled door, a security system, wide pine floors, sprinkler system, high speed internet and a surround sound system A gas fireplace warms the gracious living room. The furnishings blend antiques with a comfortable country look. The local marble, Verde Antique, is used throughout. The large front porch faces Rochester’s four acre Park and Green Mountain vistas beyond. The building has generous storage areas as well.
Rochester is in the heart of Central Vermont, which is famous for its many recreational opportunities...fishing in the White River, biking and hiking in the Green Mountain National Forest, swimming and boating on Lake Dunmore, skiing at Sugarbush, Killington, Middlebury College Snow Bowl and golfing on many nearby courses.
